The La Cañada Teachers Association Supports Measure LCF and School Board Candidates

The La Cañada Teachers Association (LCTA) strongly recommends bond Measure LCF and three school board candidates, Dan Jeffries, Kaitzer Puglia, and Joe Radabaugh in the November 7th election.

The bond Measure LCF is vital for the La Cañada Unified School District, one of the top school districts in the nation, to repair, update, and vastly improve its facilities. Modernizing our facilities and instructional technology infrastructure will ensure that our students are equipped with the skills needed in college and in the future. Measure LCF will provide locally controlled funding without increasing the current tax rate.

A committee of teachers from every school site interviewed all of the candidates for school board and presented its findings to the LCTA Representative Council.  The Representative Council voted unanimously to recommend Dan Jeffries, Kaitzer Puglia, and Joe Radabaugh for LCUSD Governing Board.  Joe Radabaugh has children in the district and actively supports our schools as a board member of the La Cañada Educational Foundation.  As a corporate executive for 27 years, Joe brings important skills in resource allocation, budget management, and strategic planning to our schools.

LCUSD Board member incumbents, Dan Jeffries and Kaitzer Puglia, bring a wealth of experience to our school community. They have continually demonstrated positive leadership by putting the needs of our students first during their tenure on the LCUSD Governing Board. They know what it takes to get the job done and should be reelected on November 7th.
